Close guess on a BJ chip, but not quite.
That is a B&G chip, definitely made in France (in Beaune, the wine country).
B&G (Bourgogne et Grasset) is the company that bought Paulson and Bud Jones and created the casino conglomerate GPI -- Gaming Partners International.

Their decal chips are made differently from BJs, but feel almost the same. They are injection molded from a plastic material that is not quite as "rubbery feeling" to me. They have a little more textured finish, too. And they would be 40mm in diameter vs. BJ's 39mm. Compare this chip to any others you have from a U.S. casino and it will probably be a little bit bigger.
Nice chip, though. And looks like a neat place. Thanks for the info.
