Chips: 352 | | | Re: is this possible He's been running these 20 chip lots over and over, don't know how many he really has. Looks like he's had a couple of buyers lately though.
He was trying to sell 8 and 6 chips (at a higher profit) without any takers. So I went ahead and offered him a lower price on 14 together (with a normal shipping fee) and found him to be pretty reasonable...shipped really fast too.
These have been casino used, no doubt, definitely not mint...but they aren't bad at all -- although the edgespots are blue, just as Links says. I dropped them in OxyClean for about 10 minutes and scrubbed the spots with a toothbrush, and they (mostly) cleaned up to their original appearance. (A couple of the worst spots still have a blueish tinge.)
But I was happy with what I got, just depends on what you're expecting. They're probably not worth $1 each, but at a lower price I would buy more Bellagios from this seller, if I needed some more. (Well, I might anyway.) |

Fairly recent $1 casino chips don't often command less than face value from what I've seen; especially not $1 Vegas chips. |

As far as I know, these chips are valid indefinately as the Bellagio has NOT subjected them to a redemption. They may take steps to cull them out of circulation, and perhaps even destoy them, but they are still acceptable until the end of a 120-day redemption process, which has not been implemented.
Anyone hear otherwise? BTW-The 120-day redemption process is a Nevada Gaming Regulation. The process does not apply to other jurisdictions and for the most part, it is followed by all casinos in Nevada.
