I just created a new usergroup for those that would like to display their membership in the CC&GTCC.

You can join this group by requesting access via this link which is also found in the left column of your UserCP: http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/profil...editusergroups

Once you are accepted you can then go to that same link and choose to use this usergroup title beneath your avatar. I'm trying to figure out how to make it display your actual CC&GTCC member number instead and then link to the CC&GTCC application page. We'll see if that can happen.

I would like to request a few other UserGroup Leaders for this group. Your responsibility would be to approve or deny join requests. The only criteria would be that the requester be an actual CC&GTCC member unless you have other suggestions.

No that I think about it, I should create a custom profile field for CC&GTCC member number....

I did this too. You can add your CC&GTCC Member # under your user profile settings (same place as Pokerstars and ebay settings)

Great idea! I just joined.

A few things.

1, any way to get the descriptor to read CC&GTCC? Right now it reads CC>CC

2, I would be willing to be responsible for accepting new members, but how would I be able to confirm they are actually a member?

I wouldn't expect to need to do any confirmation, just make sure they provide their number. Honor system...
