I was wondering how many casinos have $5 baccarat chips and if they are easily available to purchase at the casinos? From thechipguide.com I have found evidence of them at these casinos:
Riviera
Paris
MGM Grand
Mandalay Bay
Caesars Palace
Any additions? Can you even get these off the tables? Any help would be appreciated.

The only one I am aware of in addition to your list is the Palms (although I believe the Riviera is obsolete-- though easily available, just not from the casino). In my experience you have to ask for them at the tables; they will not generally sell them from the main cage (the exception being the Palms-- they were great and even got me a new chip from the back!) Caesars just released a new rack-- I'm not sure if they have a $5 Baccarat or not these days. If so, you might get lucky and get a new one; in my experience you usually can't get new chips from the tables-- you usually have to get them off eBay.

Caesars replaced their Baccarat rack from $20 upwards except for the $5. They retain the old $5 design but they are easily obtainable in the hi-limit room. In fact when I was there getting the new rack they were EXTREMELY helpful in getting the denominations and quantity that I wanted. Go there in the morning where most of the staff/floor is standing around.
