Welcome to the CollectionLibrary!
Use of the site requires CC>CC membership, but the CC>CC makes no recommendations or endorsements of the site. It is commercial-free and allows collectors to up-load scans of their chips and to have them organized into appropriate categories. Each user has three areas, collection, wanted and for trade. You can view the collections of others, as well as trade and wanted sections, either by individual or in groups. I.e., show me all $5 traders from Nevada, etc.

Unfortunately I'm no CC>CC member, doesn't make much sense if you can never attend a meeting. I also don't like the fact that you need a windows tool to administrate your db.
Anyway, it didn't take long to make what i need.
Thanks everybody for the input, that was a major help.

Its a configurable application and I have changed the screen countless times to add/remove/modify the entry fields.
