I stumbled across this thread after searching for PNY values myself. In the past few weeks I've seen 2 sample sets go for $95 and $100 each. I'm OH so glad I snagged up one of them. Hope that helps.

The lower denom are still fairly cheap. What will cost you is the upper denominations. I remember awhile back seeing a sample set on ebay for like $50, but that was probably close to a year ago. I would estimate a complete sample set would cost you near or just over $100 now.

I didn't want to buy a sample set outright. Half the fun is hunting down single chips( not always very easy especially when I live in Canada). Chip by chip I'm getting there. I going the same route with my Vinyards. Pretty close to completed for both but still on the hunt for a few stragglers.
