I don't think I've seen confirmation on it one way or another, but that's what I've been told anyway. I'll ask my friend with an ebay account if she'll bid on both of them for me tomorrow; thanks Wedge!

I think the $1, $2 and $3 may have always been round. I have not seen a shaped inlay in those denoms. My $5 chips are hub-shaped, though. That $100 looks cool.

I have a feeling I won't be getting either of these two. The same person bid on both (and I bet he saw it here), and my friend hasn't answered her phone in a few days. Oh well.

I don't believe either of those chips were from the Horseshoe Casino... since there was no Horseshoe Casino in Gardena. There was a Horseshoe CLUB, though. From what I've heard, all of the HORSESHOE CASINO chips were sold in Paul-son stores and none were ever used in any casino.

I've heard and read so many different stories about the Horseshoes that it's gotten to be a source of humor for me. But either way, I don't care; I like the chips, and want to get at least one of each of the denoms to go along with my mundo kewl set, real casino or not.

What denoms do you need (or maybe its better to ask which you have). Then I'll know which ones to grab when I see them on eBay...

All yours have shaped inlays, right? I though I recalled seeing the same denoms as you had with standard inlays... I assume those were sold at the Paulson store...

Great question. Right now, I have the $1, $5, $20, $25, $50, and $100. The $1s and the $100s I have are not shaped. So anything else is fair game. Thanks for looking out for me, Wedge; I really appreciate it.
