Chips: 4,648 | | | Whats with those guys over at the chipboard? I figured what the heck and posted my real casino cash game set over there to share with those guys and not one comment.
Maybe they don't know how to act when they see more than one of the same chip?
I felt at least someone over there could appriciate the set. |

Nanook | It's not just you. I find it very difficult to find my way around and read responses to threads. I am a member but visit very rarely. |

Chips: 638 | | | Re: Whats with those guys over at the chipboard? Total different group of people. I find the same thing here when I post pics of some new collectables. Sometimes I get no response at all to some difficult to obtain chips. I post them here for education. I see the same with other posts here by chip collectors. Not saying there is a problem, as I'm not looking for a "WOW" on every chip I post. While both boards serve a very good purpose, the only relationship is the word "chip" A playable set for sale over there, stands little chance of selling, because of the board make up. No different then my chances of finding the Thunderbird host chips I need over here, or finding more then a small hanful of members that even know what they are.

PS they are a nice looking set. Quote: |

When I was trying to sell the 18,000+ chipco set from the local card room the only response I got from them were people wanting single chips. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
