Um... how did you get all those nice tourney chips?
I only ask out of pure jealousy. I live in LA and I have never been to Hollywood Park.
Well, for starters, if you have never been to the Hollywood Park, you ain't missing much.
I only went because I needed to pick up a friend a the airport, and instead of driving to LAX at 5pm on a Friday, I figured, go during the day to HP and then only a 5 min drive from there to LAX.
BP, where do you normally play?
In terms of how did i get these CURRENTLY IN USE tourney chips... well, lets just say i played in a tourney but kept losing a lot of chips despite not being in pots...
In LA I play at The Bike or Commerce. In Vegas I play at the Bellagio.

super mini review: the place is very dirty. the players are crazy. i have had many friends buy-in at the $100 NL table and cash out over a grand in less than two hours. you need to get lucky since there are too many callers and therefore you face the "implicit collusion of the table". so big swings.
