It says that they were made for a casino that failed to get a license and were then sold from the Paul-Son retail stores, or, they were made by Paul-Son for sale at their retail stores.
The fact that they have no indication of location and use the standard Paul-Son non-casino use inserts color schemes, makes be suspect that they are just another fantasy set made by Paul-Son for sale in their long-gone retail stores.
There is a "Captiol Casino" here in Sacramento. If that is what you are referring to, let me know, and I'll grab a few from there next time I'm there. (about once a week).

Thanks. But no. I was looking for the ones from the first link you sent. Apparently they are (ND). I have some of the $5 on the right that blew me away when I saw them.

They phased out the Chipsos that were at one time used (pictures in the link from GO), and I've never seen the .50 cent chip, but may be on the BJ table or something.
