Chips: 4,603 | | | I need help setting my frame with casino chips Over my last couple trips I've finally amassed enough chips to fill my 63 chip frame.
Now I need to figure out how to organize them in there.
I can't do it chronologically, Cause I don't know when I got which chips.
I don't want to do it alpha because that would end up putting similar named casinos together. eg MGM detroit and MGM Las Vegas ...
I'm requesting your help! Please help me set up a kick butt display!

Chips: 481 | | | Re: I need help setting my frame with casino chips I would do it alphabetically, but arranged by geographic location. So all the LV chips are together (starting with Aladdin) then all the AC chips, then all the Detriot chips, Mississippi chips, California chips etc, etc.
Or do it randomly and ask those that show interest to try to figure out how you organized them. Then just sit there and laugh at them while they try to figure it out.
Take Care,

I think the best way to arrange them would be to just make them look right, that is, artistically. And rumor has it that you have an artist in the house. (Hate to make more work for you BlondeWidow!) Seriously, if you don't want a logical arrangement like by casino name or date of acquisition, an artistic arrangement with each chip harmonizing with or reflecting the others would be the coolest. |

Chips: 10,805 | | | Re: I need help setting my frame with casino chips The problem with using a set structure (i.e., denomination, casino name, geographical location, etc.) is that you are always subject to acquiring something new and you have to move stuff around to make it fit.
I think the Bolgenmod "artistic" notion is what is needed.

Chips: 2,456 | | | Re: I need help setting my frame with casino chips I recommend simply dumbing them and spreading them. If one area has too high a concentration of a certain color, just bring in something different in that spot. Dump and spread... |

Those 4 pip aces are HAWT.
And yes, HQ, go artistic and arrange by eye, not by logic. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
