I just would like peoples opinions about these chips,worth, etc. They are made by RT plastics and were never used in the casino they were just samples for the casino

The casino is still in operation. I was there last summer. The set you have would make a nice cash set for someone.

I have samples of the $1 and they are, in my opinion, great chips!

I don't know the actul worth of these. There can't have been made too many of these, as they, apparently, were only prototypes made for the casino, but on the other hand they have been selling rather cheap on ebay until the original seller stopped selling sets of 300 pcs. at a $130 starting price. The scarcity of both these and Matsuis ought to warrant higher prices, but I guess BJs and Paulsons are a lot more hyped and therefore selling at much higher prices.

I considered bidding on that set of 600 on ebay as I considered the starting price a steal and the winning bid (yours...?) was still an extremely good price. Brand new, fantasy sets of RT Plastics sell for $0.79-1.00 per chip, while chips with the Crown edgespots are not even publicly available. Again this should call for a much higher price than the $0.25-0.40 they sell for on ebay....but for some reason it doesn't.

There are usually a few auctions for these chips going on eBay (by ClayVegasChips). Watch those auctions to see what they sell for, and also look at the completed auctions to get a good idea.
