Help!! Does any1 know what "NOP" means on this Paulson Chip

I picked 35 of these mint Paulson Chips on Ebay for 20 bucks. I liked the inlay shape and unique edge spots. Does anyone know what the "NOP" means?

I guess the answer from Capt. Lego is "I dunno?".

According to ccgtcc, they were a Paulson Fantasy Chip.
