The original CC club chips were from an illegal club in Mich, "I think". The owner went to Reno and started a legit hotel and Casino, if there was such a thing as legit in those days. "IF" i'm right the original chips were more tan in color then the pic of the ones that you show.

If those are Crest & Seal chips then those would appear to be they. The TR King box kind of throws in a bit of confusion and the picture does not appear to depict any detail from the chip mold.

These are Crest & Seal chips that originated at Detroit's Chesterfield Club in the 1930s. Lincoln Fitzgeral, the club's owner, left Michigan for Nevada in the late 1940s and took these chips with him. Rumor has it that the Chesterfield Club was named for his favorite cigarettes.
Fitzgerald used these chips at Tahoe's (Crystal Bay) Nevada Lodge after moving west as the house $1 chip."
