What is the plan for the green paint. I think I remember reading that you were planning on leaving it on but didn't know if you were joking or being serious.
I am very impressed with the drilling on some of the white chips. It is as minimal as drilling can be. That is a VERY nice set there.
I have to get me some TRK's!

Leaving it on. It doesn't interfere with stacking, shuffling or looks. If anything, there is no other set like it due to someone's paint job.
I don't have a problem with it at all. I may clean a face or two if I can find a way without physical or chemical damage to the clay.

Semispotted 114 on TRK's? I'll take it.

Re: Horseshoe Club - Gardena, CA / TRK, painted
Thanks for the added pRoN. It's nice to see some special sets popping up in the gallery! As for the paint...I agree...adds to it allure.
Sorry I bid it up for you but I cut it short as I assumed it was 100% CT bidding. I'm going to fondle my Gardenas and Rainbow Clubs now.
Viva la TRK!

Re: Horseshoe Club - Gardena, CA / TRK, painted
Great set! I was also bidding on this. Still regret not putting in a higher bid.
Glad they went to a ct'er though.
My theory on the painted edge spots is maybe they started drilling and it was too much of a pain, so they brought out the paint.

Well, there were other chips in the closet, just nothing you haven't seen already.
Unless someone comes along with three racks of yellow spotted Hal Marr Inn TRK $5's, I am DONE.
Or if Warewulf wants to sell that Suicide King inlaid set.
