Anyone collect Mfg or Dist Chip Samples?

Jim, did you make it to the Super Show in Vegas last weekend? I should have asked you before. I was there on Sat. for about 3 hours and met a few more people that I deal with on ebay. It was great!

I wish i had more time to spend there, but I brought a now chip collecting friend. He bought a few chips, but was itching to get back to the tables. Lates,

It was not in the plans, but Yes, I was there. Also on Saturday for just over 2 hours, 11 - 1. Sorry I missed you! I still have my name tag and it's still blank.

BTW-Some "chip" collecting friend. The tables are 24/7, the show was only until 4, or so!

Of the people I saw there, only Ross Poppel and Jay Sands post to ChipTalk. Did you bump into anyone you know? And......... What did you get?

Darn, I was there around the same time maybe 11:30-2pm.

As far as my friend, he is not a collector, though he did buy a few chips. I saw Jay, Doug S., Armin and Henry R. It was cool as I met Dennis from Roadhouse Collectibles (who gave me a great deal on a $100 Cal Neva T-mold), the folks from Vintage Dice (though I can't remember their names right now), Bud Meyers and John Chamberlin. There are a few others that I know I forgot to mention.

From the show, I came home with the $100 Cal Neva, a $100 Vegas World, a 25c Golden Gate (C&J), a $5 Thunderbird Arodie (yay finally), and a few others. I'll have to post a few chips when I get a chance.
