Re: A.D.'s California Club Collection

A new one from the California Club:

A beautiful small crown roulette. It looks a little orange on the screen here, but it is actually a reddish color that is kind of like the ASM mandarin red.

This chip is listed in Campiglia and Wells as their 5th edition (my 4th). The problem is that I have assigned another T.R. King roulette there. I'm beginning to believe I've mis-assigned the large crown roulette (the green one), but that this one is perfectly fine. I'm starting to think I need to re-order the chips here.... Ahh, the agony of research.

Re: A.D.'s California Club Collection - 10/27 Update!

After a rather lengthy delay in updating the California Club collection here, I finally have a new one to add.

A light lavender (almost looks pink) PAN chip from the 3rd edition Card Room issue.

You can see the a cigarette burn at the top edge, as well as a small ding on the shoulder of the bear. It ever so barely misses the hot-stamp (it's less noticeable in person). On the other side is a larger burn, but that too misses the hot stamp. Actually, this is the only chip in my collection with this type of damage, and like the 50-cent Flamingo in my other gallery, it's on the back so it's not so obvious.

The California Club finds are getting fewer and farther between. When they do show up, they are increasingly rarer and rarer. Makes finding them that much nicer!
