The NFL rigorously protects their "Super Bowl" copyright, so there are no chips for the last game that contain the name "Super Bowl". There were some chips released as Super Sunday, or Bowl Day, or Game Day to mark the Super Bowl. It is interesting to note that over the years there were three "Super Bowl" chip releases, none of which were authorized by the NFL. The first was done by the Four Queens. I believe that the Four Queens was contacted by the NFL. Next was the Tropicana and I think they too were contacted. The last was Circus Circus (Las Vegas) and they were definately contacted by the NFL. In fact, they had to stop distributing the chip and destroy what was not issued.
On a side note, MLB also vigoruously protects their trade marked and copyright property. When the Tropicana did a chip realease to commemorate each of MLB's Stadiums, they went to extraordinary efforts to make sure that MLB was not mentioned, no team names, no logos no nothing! Even still, MLB challentged the Tropicana!
But to answer your specific question, No. There are no casino issued Colts chips.

Go to eBay. I doubt they have licensed product there, but I suspect you'll find whatever you are looking for.

Chips: 27 | | | Re: Superbowl Chips I thought for sure I had a "Superbowl" chip from Harrah's in Las Vegas from 2002. After seeing this post I dug the $5 chip up and sure enough it says "Big Game Day" XXXVI (February 3, 2002) and has a pic of a football in the center. Not a single mention of the "Superbowl" or NFL.
As a side note, it says "Collector's Series 2" on the reverse side and LTD 1000. I have no idea the current value of the chip, but its pretty cool looking ... I'll try and scan it and post some pics soon. |

Chips: 5,121 | | | Re: Superbowl Chips Last year Stank made his own set of custom ceramics. Just a thought, if you're really interested. You can see from the design that while it is clear what they reference, it doesn't say "NFL", "Steelers" or even "Football" anywhere on them. They turned out pretty well, IMO, and I don't even like football.
