Re: 7th's Thread of Molds. PICS OF 95 DIFFERENT MOLDS.

Great thanks to EmptyPocs who sent me a sampleset of the new Sidepot chips on the Pineapple mold.

OP updated with this and the oversized plain Paulson mold.

Great additions as always, 7. Question though: you list the Matsui .50¢ Four Queens as "plain" mold (which it does fit under), but don't mention Matsui as the manufacturer there or in your abbreviations list in the OP. Was that just an oversight or did I miss a key piece of info?

I think Sidepot calls this the "paradise" mold, but I agree that "pineapple" is more suitable. "Paradise" makes me think there should be palm trees or hula dancers or something. Besides, if I was ever interested in getting another home-market tournament set, it would be these... and I'd justify it by saying it's exclusively for (pot limit) Crazy Pineapple tournaments.

By the way, I noticed you don't have Trademark's recent version of the large key used for the Progen chips:

It's not quite the same as the original large key, nor is it the same as Palm Imports' "Interlocked L". I don't have any to send you, but you could get a sample from 5stardeal.com for pretty cheap (or perhaps another CTer has one they could send your way).

Hi Rose

Thanks for mention the Matsui. I changed the name on the mold to Matsui plain mold and that feels more apropriate. It is a plain mold but many manufactors have their version of plains so that is why I have not list it in the manufactor list below the mold pictures.

No missing info just lack there of

Thanks for your comments, it is allways good with inputs and tips on new molds.

There are some molds from China that I do not have and I would like. Unfortunately it is imposible or very expencive to buy from the vendors where I have found them. This is if you are living in Sweden.

I am allways interested in trading/buying molds that I do not have so if you, or someone else, have a chip with a mold not represented in the OP please PM me.

About the name on this mold I have heard a few sugestions and I will change to Paradise in the OP.

Here's a reference for the name:
Paulson Poker Chips Set at Sidepot.com
End of 2nd paragraph of "Features":

"... The Paradise mold was born."

And again towards the bottom:

"Proprietary Paulson Mold - The Paradise mold was made by Paulson exclusively for Sidepot Gaming chips."
