Chips: 862 | | | Guma's Collection thus far The other day I started scanning a few chips to show to other CT members what I had gotten. I got to thinking about how I could document my collecting efforts as I went along. So it dawned on me to scan all my chips in and post them in my online photo album. Here I would have an easy way to show people the chips I have managed to get my hands on. Then I got to thinking, I bet the guys at CT would love to see this.
Keep in mind, I just started a few months ago so there are not a lot of chips, nor are any of them all that impressive as the likes of Harlequin, Jamby, and Gamingore's collections to name a few.
As I get new chips I will scan them and post them to the album and provide updates to this thread so everyone can watch me as I spend all my money on poker chips!
Feel free to leave comments on the pictures in the albums! Guma's Poker Chip Collection
Enjoy!

Other than that: thanks for the gratuitous pr0n. |

Chips: 10,507 | | | Re: Guma's Collection thus far Great idea, but sometimes, some things have already been considered. Along this line, I can make another suggestion. One of the CC>CC members (Brian Watts) has created a website, for collectors, to be able to upload their own images of chips and maintain a gallery of chips in the collection and chips for trade.
At the present time, the overall site lists 7,000 traders and 37,000 individuals chip scans. (Please note, if 100 people there all have a $1 chip from the Mirage and each of them have their own scan, then the overall site will have 100 scans of the $1 Mirage chip. So, there are many duplicates in the 37,000.)
Use of the site is free to CC>CC members.
