Chips: 171 | | | Home Poker Chip Set? - - Fair Price? This is a picture of my home poker chip set that I made from obsolete Binion's Horseshoe chips. (sorry if the picture is too small but I think if you click on it you will see a bigger version?) Sorry, but it is NOT for sale. If I've posted this in the wrong area just let me know.
I've never seen one like it for sale but I'd like to figure out what type of price a 300 chip set like this would go for? Since I don't deal much with home poker chip sets I figured I'd go ask the experts. It would probably be made up of the $5.00 arodie, $25 arodie and $100 horshu chips. I know someone who can get me the chips to put another one together. However, before spending the money (and possibly ending up with a chip set I don't need) I'm trying to figure out what would be a fair price for it? shoeset.JPG |

For a good idea of its value, you should post this in the collectibles section of this forum and wait for an answer from Gaming Ore (his knowledge runs deep in these matters).
My advice: DO NOT SELL THOSE!!!!!

Multiply the amount of $5's,$25's by 20 and multiply the $100's by 10
That should give you an idea.
I might be off by alot but who knows?
Very nice set.
I don't think I could keep a nice set like that around.
Make sure whoever gets those when you die knows how much they are worth so no one sells the set for $20. |

The first thing you need to do is post multiple large detailed pictures of those chips so we can gaze at them and admire them then just wait one of us will know the answer to your question. You might also get on the cc>cc web site. There are a couple of people you can contact that can let you know how valuable that set is but I'd say its pretty valuable and very sweet. |

I too now have to go have a smoke - amazing collection - If you can't get a couple of grand for these I'd be really surprised.....
