I am looking to invest in 500 Paulson Pharaoh Chips for an 8-10 person tournament,and I am looking for some advice by which denominations to buy in. The website where I will be buying the chips from lets you buy any number of chips and not set increments of 50 or 100etc. This is what I think would work let me know what you think, cheers.

IMO you're using too many denoms! If you have a $1 chip in your starting stack you won't need a $1000 chip!
First you have to think about the value of your stack - if you start with a T1500 or maybe a T25000 doesn't matter - all the matters is the relation to the blinds!
The starting stacks shoud be around 200*BB (or higher when you prefer deep stacked tourneys)
