It all adds up, but you are close to the bone on chips - I might say you could go a few higher on the $5 chips, by my reckoning you have enough for a 10 player table with up to 12 rebuys, no idea how loose your game is but a few extra $5 will just give you a little more leeway - you not tempted to get a few $20 chips hardly ever come into play but good for kudos in the game - throw out your yellow hammer when bossing the table . There's quite a few 0.10 chips but I can see why you give out 5 (2*0.25 = 5*0.10 for change making)

More to the point what chips you thinking of?

Would it be silly to consider a dime chip and a 50 cent chip?

Then you wouldn't be chasing around dimes from other people for SB's when you run low cause you got lots of dimes for the BB anyway?

It would mean more dime chips though.....

Love this idea. Thanks everybody else too.

I plan to get a set of thechiproom's Dunes China Clay, and use the gray nondenom for the dimes. I think the set will look REALLY nice if there is definitely going to be a nondenom version of every chip.
