Yep, another I need chip breakdown help post

I am planning on picking up a set of 300 OR 500 NexGens for tourneys only. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. We usually have 5-6 players but hopefully looking to fill the table with 10 players.

Would a 300 or 500 chip set accommodate up to a 10 player game with no rebuys or add ons?

What's the starting chip count per player??.....

At the local casino where I play in tourneys, they start with T1000, and up to $3000 in bonus chips based on the amount you play in the cash games. So UP TO T4000.

Don't know if a 300 chip set would work for T4000, so I figured about T1500 or T2500?

Blinds at my local casino tourney start at 25-50. Any help with a blind structure would be greatly appreciated as well.

I'd probably go T5000 with the following blinds (20 or 30 minutes at each level):

25/50
50/100
75/150
100/200
150/300
200/400
300/600
400/800
600/1200
800/1600
1000/2000 (Should end here w/ 10 players)
1500/3000
2000/4000
2500/5000
3000/6000

For the breakdown:
10 rebuys, no rebuys/add-ins

Starting Stacks:
8 x T25
8 x T100
6 x T500
1 x T1000
=========
23 chips; T5000

80 x T25
110 x T100
90 x T500
20 x T1000
==========
300 Chips

You'll be able to color up your T25 and T100 chips with this breakdown. Coloring up the T500s will probably be unnecessary with only 10 players. I've rarely done this in my 8-10 player tourneys.
