Well, one way to do it would be as shown below. It's not the most practical, since you don't have enough chips for all your color-ups. But it would barely work.
10 x $100
10 x $500
4 x $1000
2 x $5000
Total 26 chips for $20,000 starting stack
You could color up all your $100s with a combination of $500s and $1000s, and the $100s are the most important to get off the table. So that would work OK.
You could start your blinds at the usual 100/200, or even go to a 100/100 blind level #1 for a slower start.
