Going to be using this for both a cash game and tourny set. I like to play either .50/.50 or .50/$1 (depends on if the girlfriends play) for the cash games and we usually start out with T4000 freezout with blinds starting at 25/50. We usually have between 6 and 12 people. What do you guys think of the breakdown below.
Cash Set:
.50 - 120
$1 - 180
$2 - 50
$5 - 50
Tourny Set
25 - 120
100 - 180
500 - 80
1000 - 20
I know the cash game might be a bit short for rebuys and such but I thought we could always use the T25 for $25 if someone gets a big stack and we can use him to make change.

Just for the cash set, there's really no need for you have $1 chips. I'm assuming the typical raise in your .50/.50 is $2 and the typical raise in your .50/1 is $4. You can take the 180 chips you would have used for $1's and apply them to more $2's and $5's...that would alleviate you being short for the rebuys, and that's what I'd do anyway.
your distribution, assuming 12 players with identical setup, would be
8 x t25 13 x t100 5 x t500
with just 8 t25's you will run out of those chips after 3 orbits of the table at 25/50. that will lead to some change making at the table.
with a distributions such as:
12 x t25 12 x t100 3 x t500 1 x t1000
you should have enough t25 chips to last 2 orbits at 25/50 & 3 orbits at 50/100 before running out of t25.
that would make your breakdown:
150xt25 170xt100 50xt100 30xt1000
(including extra chips for colouring up)
as for the cash set, what's your usual buyin? is lowish like $20-$40 or higher like $50-$100 or more?
