Hey -
This is a stupid question but I would like your opinions. I am getting the 500 American Beauties from Nevada Jacks thru PSO. I am pretty stoked about the chips (better than hooters in my opinion.... well the hooters chips anyway) and they will mainly be used as a tournament set. I am thinking I only will need 4 colors but I need help with the breakdown.

Right off the bat I am thinking about having the Green, Black, Pink and Stars and Stripes..... I am not all that crazy about the Black chip art but you kinda have to have Black in your setup. What do you think is an ideal breakdown for a tournament set?

100 Green
150 Black
150 Pink
100 Stars and Stripes

I play all sorts of tournaments, from freeze out to 2rebuys and an add-on. So it needs to be a nice generic setup.

Moved to "Chip Breakdowns"

I will post my opinion but what are the values you plan on using - basically what's the tourney structure?

100 - 200 - 150 - 50 would be the breakdown I would use for 4 colors in a 500 set. For the lowest - highest chip values.

Which is exactly what I did with my American Beauties.

Just a suggest, do another PSO promo and have 1000 chips. PSO have remove the limitation of one set per person.
