Since the critter I call my wife has ownership of the Vineyards and I've been using Dice when not behind closed doors. She wants a new car and I want a 1000 of those new Palmas Club that noelsarchs has been working on for that ASM group buy. These are some kick a$$ chips with an awesome design and maybe Hanahans only shot to legally own a set of quality clays. I'm just not sure of how many of each denom to order. We have a 30 man tourney with no rebuys . They have been running a T1000 and I would appreciate any the help I could get.

I would go with 300x$5, 350x$25, 300x$100, 50x$500. This lets you buy everybody in with 10/10/7 $5/$25/$100 and leaves the $500s for coloring up.
It isn't perfect - you won't have quite enough $25 to color up all of the $5s, but if you color up with a few $100s at the same time it will work fine.

According to CaptLego's Breakdown Calculator, you can do a 30-person T1000 tourney with 960 chips--10 ($5), 10 ($25), 7 ($100). 300 total of $5. 360 total of $25. 300 total of $100. That would give you enough to color up the 5s and 25s.

Well, the bare minimum if you're using $5-$25-$100 chips with a 10-10-7 (T$1000) stack is 300x$5, 360x$25 and 210x$100 for a total of 870 chips. I would add 30 $500 chips if you can get them at a reasonable price for 900 total.

The most economical alternative would be to start with fewer $5s and more $25s, using the $5s for only blinds and limps. I prefer this approach. If you start with a 5-15-6 stack (T$1000), then you'd need only 150x$5, 480x$25 and 180x$100 for a total of 810 chips. (Again, I would add a few more $500s.) If you take this approach, then buying 1,000 chips would support 37 players.

Well, this one I can say that I'm selling these at my price to Stan as a former ebay customer. I think I'm starting to have my own group buy here as Stan is the 6th person going in on this with me. I think that I spent more time designing these chips than I have on my own condo renovations over the past six months, but it has been quite fun.
