The lower ceilings didn't bother me at all. I think its a much nicer room than the old one. Great tables & chairs, totally smoke free (which is the biggest + for me). I forgot about that computerized seating thing Space. I wonder when they will get that going. One thing that bugged me, they had plasma tv's on the wall which could have been used (at least one, or a split screen) to display some info on the MTT I was in but instead they had them on espn or something with no sound. Kinda pointless.
Two of my biggest gripes is the placement of the plasma tvs and how close together some of the tables are. Some tables have great views of 1-2 tvs, others you can't see any tvs at all. Plus I was there during March Madness, and they don't even have a HD feed for their tvs. It doesn't bother me that much that they aren't using the screens to display the blinds for MTTs, but it would be a nice touch.
My other complaint is how close together some of the tables still are. No more food at the tables, so no more carts. But you sometimes have to walk around 2-3 tables when going to the restrooms. I wish one of their press releases didn't mention the spaciousness between all the tables, otherwise this wouldn't have bugged me as much, since it was bad upstairs as well.
