At a glance, what you have listed seems like it should work just fine, but it is hard to say for sure without knowing a little about your game. How many players? Cash game or tournament? Set buyin or unlimited?
My denomination chips are in dollars, but I have no problem using the "divide by 100" method where the $5.00 becomes $0.05 and so forth. This way I can use one set of chips for just about any type of game I want.

I've been using the divide by 100 rule with my tourny set when I play cash games (which is 90% of the time). For a basic 500 piece starter set that can accomodate both .25/.50 cent NL cash games and T5000 tournies I have:
