I have a 300 DS set composing of

100 $5

A member of our poker group is doing a PSO promo and he will upgrade to a 500 DS set. We are going to combine our sets, either I buy his set or he will buy my set. Mostly like I will buy his set as most games are held at my place. We are thinking of the following total breakdown.

250 $1
370 $5
130 $25
50 $100

We play mostly limit holdem/omaha8 cash game, very few tournaments. I figure the above breakdown will allow us to play anywhere from 2/4 to 10/20 limits for 10 players. Any advice or thoughts before he finalize his order. We have to do this soon as I have a chance to to save custom/brokerage charge as I am going to California for vacation soon and bring it back to Canada personally.

I think that breakdown is about right. I don't really know how you guys play and how agressive you are, but if it was me I would dump some of the $5s and get a few more $25s, I just think that 400 of one denom is alittle overkill. But like I said, only you would know how the betting goes along so you will have to make the call.
