Here's a comparison of the various suggestions so far:
The last two columns (CaptLego) are a couple of additional options. The first is for a T1000 game:

This one starts each player with 34 chips. This provides for coloring up the reds, but I wouldn't bother with coloring up the $25 chips, since you'd still have less than 200 chips on the table heads-up. The 4 $500 chips allow for 2 rebuys.
The final column is for the octagons and plaques. Since you don't have enough to use these in starting stacks (assuming 8 players), I just set the level at T5000 so you'd be able to use them as rebuys.

This starts each player with 31 chips ($25 is the smallest denom). You'd have enough chips to colorup the $25 chips, but again I wouldn't bother with coloring up the $100's. As shown, it only uses the plaques for 5 rebuys. With the octagons you could support another rebuy. Since the total # of chips required is only 272 (not counting the plaques), you could buy some additional chips -- maybe some spares, or some more $500 chips is you want to go rebuy-crazy.
