word of mouth works the best. During the summer, We have a harder time filling my monthly games due to people being busier.

Re: help keeping a full table.

My homegame takes a hit in the summer as well. It's been very frustrating for me lately 'cuz I love to play the homegame and we haven't put together a solid game in damn near a month. I've actually become so annoyed that I just stopped calling people. I sent them all a text saying I would no longer be calling and that if they wanted to play they can get in touch with me. It sucks but oh well, online poker is at the tips of my fingers.

Re: help keeping a full table.

Get all of your regular and irregular players e-mail addresses.

Sign up for the eVite service from Invitations, Free eCards and Party Planning Ideas from Evite and add them to a group.

Create a generic message with your basic information in it.

Set it to send a message for players to RSVP 2-3 days before each game night, recurring automatically. Have it also send a reminder the morning of the game.

Most people just need a nudge to be reminded of the game.
