What starting cards would have the best chance to beat pocket A's in holdem?

TT?.. A pair and also eliminates alot of the straight options of the A's whilst maximising your own. 55 also.

I know there's someone that will be able to answer this with certainty, but I'll guess any suited connectors that don't share the suit with either of the aces and don't go to the ace--I guess low to middle suited connectors would be best. A pocket pair realistically only gives you 2 outs to beat the aces and he's got the same odds to draw an ace. Now watch me be dead wrong on this.

9T sooted - maybe not...

89 sooted should be better. So would 78 and 67

believe that it is 67s, 78s, or 89s all have approx. 23% pf equity against AA.

they are your best bet.

best hand is 9-8 suited

worst hand is Ace-6 unsuited

This according to Cardplayer magazine he said. I know he is not the definitive authority on these things, but I have read something similar to this before.

i like 49s. it's been lucky for me. it can make flushes, and b/c it's a 4 gapper it can make straights from a-5 all the way up to 9-K.
