SunFly Ceramic Competition Group Buy to begin 4/13/08

After a short period of time taken to finalize some artwork, we are ready to offer the group buy from the Sun-Fly Ceramic Chip Competition - http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/sun-fl...mpetition.html

There were so many great designs and the competition was very close. Because of this, we (BR Pro Poker) worked hard to arrange the availability of ALL of the competition designs!* This means that when the group buy starts all eight designs are available to be purchased.

I will have more details about the group buy, but for now the group buy will start this Sunday and will last three weeks.

We will handle all orders for this group buy originating from the US and Canada. For European orders please order through MrChip.

In the meantime, take a look at the final designs (most of the designs had minor changes - mostly color/contrast - while some had more noticeable changes).

Oh, there are a few surprises (besides the big surprise that we are offering all designs), some of which can be seen in the pictures.

Thank you for this tremendous offer;

I do have a couple questions;

What will be the surface finish on these chips?
Will sample sets be available before the end of the group buy?

Okay one more question;
The timing on this is very close to the Zombie Poker Tour Group Buy

Would it be possible to combine orders to save shipping charges?

Are we restricted to the colors as designed? I really like the second design but would prefer a grey 25cent chip and a blue $1 chip. Would it be possible to make a switch like that?

These will be the smooth finish by default. We highly suggest this finish, but will take orders for the older "textured" finish on request. In order to keep the group buy sane, ideally all chips would be on the same finish.

Sample sets?? This is one thing I am working on. As you know from my posts in the ZPT thread, we will have samples available so people can see the chips before the group buy is over. This is something I hope to do with this group buy, as well.

All of the pricing will include shipping so whether you have the chips from this group buy and the ZPT group buy combined or not, they will be the same price. It is likely that both group buys will run during the same time so if you order both they will most probably ship together.

For the group buy there will be no customizations. However, this is something we would offer for non-group buy purchases.
