I honestly see nothing deceptive in the description except "An aluminum case protects your chips" which to me looks like an oversight. Theey ARE Paulson, they ARE TH&C (can be argued) and they ARE the same material used in casinos around the world....

Most of them are only semi-literate and losers that started selling stuff on eBay after being suckered by a late night infomercial. And English isn't a primary language for a lot of the ones selling poker and electronics rejects from the Far East.

You can blame Trademark for that one. They up'd the MSRP to $1.99 when the place the chips out for retail sale at $1.35 less the perpetual 25-26% off. The original MSRP was $1.35.

You mean that there are people who don't write their own copy for their eBay sales or on web site?
I don't see where it is any different when various web chip merchants use the same text that Trademark might use on their web site as the product description.
