Holy crap (pun intended), I just read the ad and it is full of errors and inaccuracies! Clearly the guy has no clue about materials of any kind....

Excuse me sir, but that's an aluminum case, not stainless steel. And it has plastic corners and a plastic handle.

2. "I do not know the weight of the chips, but they are indeed clay, not plastic."
Those chips are about as far from clay as it gets. Super-slippery ABS plastic, all the way.

3. "Additionally, the pieces have never been opened! The chips still have the plastic wrapping on them."
Yeah, that's a dead giveaway to them being clay chips....NOT. Only plastic chips (and china clays) come wrapped in plastic. Occasionally ceramics.
