eBay (not mine): PNY $20's and Terrible's $500 Secondaries

Those PNY $20's seem to have dramatically increased in value:

The $2.50's are equally rare, but in the meantime only worth about half as much.

I have never seen any secondary Terrible's $500's for sale before and I like them, but the price is ... well, see yourself:

That's a great price for $20s, they've been going for $9-10 per chip over the past month or so!

About two or three years ago, when I built my PNY set, prices for the $2.50's, $20's and $500's were roughly the same, all around $5/chip, perhaps the $2.50's more towards $4 and the $500's more towards $6. Currently we seem to be at about $4 for the $2.50's, $7 for the $500's and $10 for the $20's.

yup, I remember when they were all pretty close like that. The $2.50s never seemed to be all that popular though.

The $20's are so beautiful -- so incredibly gorgeous. But then again I'm a sucker for bright yellow chips.

Awesome chips, indeed! I even thought about using these yellow beauties with my GV Secondary set. Mold, colors and spots match perfectly well with the other GV denoms, with the giant inlay size being the only thing that irritates a bit.

I'm in love with yellow chips too and it's really a shame that most of the available casino $1000's (Ritz, PNY, GV, Casablanca, Empress ...) are orange and not yellow. Actually, all the yellow chips I own are NOT $1000's ... Emerald Princess $2.50's, Capital Room $5's, PNY $20's, Deadwood $5000's ... and a single Palmas Club $1. Perhaps it's time for an all-yellow chip set
