Looks like one of them has a giant inlay designed to look like a grand inlay (like the CP $5s). The other has either a real grand inlay, or one of those experimental full-face inlays that paulson was experimenting with in the 90s. Going by the glare in the picture, I'm guessing the latter.

The chips themselves are a little different too.
One has almost a visible ring around the edge and the
other has an almost plastic type of coating over the surface of the chip.
Its easier to see up close. Ive never really seen many of the secondary chips
in existance at all. Ive always wondered where they all are or went.
