How do you make search in Craig's List?

I have never actually dwelled into CL, and would like to learn how do you guys search the chips there. I have tried a couple of times, but it feels too strange for me.

i just search for 'poker chips' and start clicking on listings. Dont even bother clicking on listings that have 'brand new' in the title.

I tried to search "poker chips", but I didn't find any page/box -thingy, which would allow me to search from the whole CL. Do I really have to click a smaller area / town first? Would be enourmous amount of clicking and searching to do.

I've wanted to do this in the past too and couldn't. I assumed it was because craigslist was designed to be a local marketplace in contrast to ebay.

^^^ This. Its really meant for in person transactions.

If you have an Iphone or Ipad their is a craiglist app that will allow you to search multiple areas at the same time. I find it easier than clicking on each city and searching.

The first thing that pops up on a google search does that as well. I use it all the time, it searches every area at once.
