Buyer beware.

That seller, highway-to-junk, has reportedly scammed or swindled other Chiptalkers.

I was one of the lucky ones who got what I paid for, but I wouldn't deal with him again. Stay clear of him. There are a few other sources around here if you want the MGM quarters.
