1,000 Mark Twain chips

I've been buying waaayyy too much lately so something has to go. This is half of my existing Mark Twain set. I really like these chips, but I will still have 1,000 chips left after the sale which will cover most any game we play. That makes it a little easier to sell...

At any rate, great chips, .50 and $100's included. Should cover everything from .50/$1 to $3/$5 for the most part. $11,100 in face value. If this doesn't sell I MIGHT break it into two equal 500 chip sets and list them on eBay. Might be easier to sell that way.

Re: 1,000 Mark Twain chips

I think it's a very fair starting price, great chips too. I may have better luck if I were to go 500 chips for $599 (2 sets). I will let this run and make the change if the chips don't sell.

Those really are great chips, and the price is more than fair imo. Being a Twain owner (800pc cash set) I can vouch for their awesomness!

the quantity of $100s should have plenty of people going from 6 to midnight....weren't there a bunch of peeps looking for them at one point?

good luck with the auction

Re: 1,000 Mark Twain chips

My expendable cash is reserved for the FDL group buy at the moment, but if you still have them in 2 weeks time and are willing to ship to Australia I'll buy the whole set.

Thanks

Tickles.

Re: 1,000 Mark Twain chips

A chiptalker actually made me an offer on half the set - which is great because I was having second thoughts about selling as many chips as I had listed. My existing set is now at 1,500 chips. If I decide to sell any I will let you know, but as of today I'm not selling.

Great chips - unfortunately I felt I had to sell something to rationalize a few of the purchases I made recently...

Rational thought? With your collection?

Man, you must be tie up in knots with the rationalizations.

That's OK, I'm not really interested in half a set. It's back to looking for a new poker table for me, I suppose.

Thanks

Tickles.
