I have seen a few of these pop up recently but do not know their composition / makeup. These are fantasy chips I assume - but are they 11.5 gram metal insert chips made in China?
Not sure who makes them, but I've seen them sold at Gambler's General Store. They're not good quality and are dice-equivalents as I recall. This page at GGS has some similar offerings Gamblers General Store
