Perhaps requesting a standard thread title beginning with "WARNING" or "ALERT" could make sense to draw attention to the concern.
Otherwise - personally I might not view a thread titled something like "100 PNY's" and therefore may not be aware of a discussion of the auction chips authenticity or something...

Am I barking up the wrong tree here? Do we not see devious descriptions in ebay auctions all the time? Do many of you also think that it's a witch-hunt to even bother with confronting the bad apples?
