Its listed in "The official U.S. Casino Chip Price Guide" 3rd Edition as R9 which is "Exceedingly Rare" 4-7 Known survivors. Here are the prices listed:

Even though it is really rare, unless there is a bidding war its not going to go that high. His "buy it now" price is way too high. I can't imagine anyone in the know bidding more than about $50-$75 without a better picture. His picture is marginal at best.
