My father has a set of diamonds that probably weigh around 5-6g...horrible. He was taken by a local billiard supply business back about 4-5 years ago. Paid like $200 for 500 light weight craptacular chips.
I think there are different weights available for these. I think I've seen anywhere from 4-9 gram versions.
