Ebay seller - godsnumber1.
I purchased almost 4 racks of chips from this seller, full racks of $1s, $5s, $25s and a rack of 96 - $100 chips. These are all tri-club mold chips with Casino School Inc. stamped on one side and denom. stamped on the other.
I received the chips but I got shafted on the $5s and $100s. He sent me a rack of blank, red mermaid mold chip and 90 blank, black mermaid and super diamond chips. There were only 6 black $100 Casino School Inc chips.

I sent him a message through ebay saying that he false advertised on these 2 racks of chips. His reply was that I'm "pulling a scam" and want me to proof that I didn't get the right chips. With that kind of reply. I went straight to paypal and filed a dispute.
Here are the 2 items in question:

If you're interested in the details of the dispute read on...
For those that are not familiar with the dispute process, paypal would like poeple to try and settle thing themselves first and if that fails they will review the case and provide a judgement.
So here's message to the seller throught paypal:
[quote]Item 130119076184 – your description said "one lot -- hard to find -- Casino Schools Inc. -- Gaming School 5-dollar chips". The chips I received are not from Casino Schools Inc. and the design of the chips are totally different to the picture you have shown in your listing. Item 130120444850 – your description said, "a Tray of 100-dollar poker chips….from the Casino Schools Inc". In the tray that I received, there are 6 chips that matched the description. All the other chips are not from the Casino Schools Inc. and the designs on the chips are totally different. This is false advertising of the chips and I want a full refund on these 2 items.[quote]
His reply:
[quote]the 2 items in question were marked casino school chips as shown in the description, buyer would not send me pic. of what he claims were false adv. and as far as refund in the shipping it clearly states in my refund policy -- no refund on shipping --
Anouther thing buyer stated -- i stated in my description i bought these chips as a -- LOT -- and that was how i was selling them --- i never stated each and every chip was casino school because i did not go thru each individual chip if i had i would have stated that some maybe different or that all was casino school chips -- and if buyer would have emailed me and ask if they were all alike i would have been happy to check them to see -- but as far the listing ststeing they were all casino school chips i did not state at any time they were all alike -- now i have checked my chips i have left over and i do have some more that state casino school just like the ones i sold[quote]
So here my reply
[quote]How can you say it's not false advertising when the picture of your items shows nothing but chips with Casino School stamped on them? NONE of the red chip you sent me has that stamped on it. So how do you explain that? On the second item, your description says "Tray of 100-dollar poker chips" that main every single chip in this tray is a $100 poker chip and that's not what I got. "i did not go thru each individual chip if i had i would have stated that" that is just ignorance and it proofs that you have misrepresented the item. You know what, I just want my money. It doesn't really matter how you or I interpret the description. I should have known you're trouble when Ebay pulled your item. You owe me $96.98. How do you want to settle this?[quote]
If he dosen't send a refund after this. I'm letting paypal settle it. This guy is a nightmare. It's going to cost me to send the chips back to him and it wouldn't be cheap cause I have to make sure that I get confirmed delivery.
