I don't think that these chips were necessarily a "fantasy" chip [depending on definition], but were a custom chip made for that particular company back in the day.
Ruger [i.e. the wonderful gun manufacturer] used to and still do sell a poker chip set in their catalog. The sets now days, are much cheaper and not as nice, obviously, as these chips available on eBay. I did some research, and I am pretty sure that these chips were ones that they had made by Paulson for them to sell in their catalogs [before the internet boomed]. I would assume that you would be able to add on to the set, if you bought it, you would just have to find someone else with these chips and get them to sell them to you.
