Can't you return it if it is only a week old? I know I have customers return equipment less than 30 days old all the time (I work for Verizon Wireless - but used to work for ATT) (It used to be 15 days but even then you should be able to)

can't return it...I didn't buy it a week ago. I bought it a while ago, but it took me a while to change from my old one...didn't have the time to set it up, transfer numbers, etc. So it sat in the box for a while....now, I see the pearl and would much rather have that, so I'm selling.
