Ebay scam? Blackjack table auctions

Take a look at these two auctions. I was planning on bidding on one of these as it up the road from my house but then I just came accross the second auction. The wording is exactly the same including misspelled words. What do you guys think?

Maybe one seller copied another's ebay description text. Happens from time to time

These look like nice tables. The sellers here bought the felts from somewhere and then put them on the tables themselves.

One has pretty good history/feedback & the other is an unknown.

The first one listed, the guy with no feedback, didn't bother me. He wanted cash and it less than 45 miles from me. But then the second popped up today and it is listed the exact same way. He says he is moving and needs to get rid of it. LIsts the name, address and phone number. I guess if you are paying cash there is no way to scam you is there. As long as you see the product. Just worried me.
